Heart
Hellow.
I miss the "old days".

How's everybody?

Random topic I know, but I've been away for so long, it was hard to post here believe it or not, just wanted to know how everybody has been since I last logged in, how life goes on etc..

I wish I could go back to at least 3 years ago to re-experience everything again, because I hate endings, it just sucks.

Anyways, I wish this website and community to last at least until the end of the world.

Regards, Kay.

I sure as hell am glad you're back.

There has to be no end, it might not be the same as the past 3 years, but new experiences are just waiting to be grabbed.

Life's interesting, ever changing and progressing. I don't know what will happen in a week from now, this year has been so full of constant surprises. It's definitely been eventful.

I'll say one thing though, YES to the weather here.

Also, sunsets.

P.S. End of the world is near, North Korea is gonna be the death of us all. All hail the Great Leader.

No E3? Thought you said you might go.

I might be going, just gotta hit up some connections, still debating. It's practically 20 mins from where I live, rofl.

E3 fell through so rescheduled for Prime instead. Will be there with a LoL News site so will probably be around the LoL booth more then anywhere else and hanging out and making connections.

Prime is East Coast right? You won't have to fly that long then, but cool, cool.

I don't even know about E3, last week has brought about so much change and reevaluation that I might actually delay my main school for a term or not, but skip community college and go back to the EU for 6-12 months startin July, gotta look into some Universities in Spain, the UK and France, don't really want to go back to Germany.

I'd most likely go back to the US then, but things are so open right now, it's kind of interesting.

Ya never know what life and the next day might bring, regardless of that, always gotta adjust and figure out the best way to adapt and maybe even see the upside of it.

Prime is West, I will be flying for like 12 hours total from Newcastle to Paris then to Seattle.

University has a lot of pressure on me atm and there is a lot going on right now I'm unsure how things are going to go but I want to get everything out the way so I can take a break.

And actually planning to move to the US within the next couple of years which is going to be a difficult and draining process I think, there is so much I need to work out now and so much pressure from a bunch of things really want to just take a week break but I can't until get everything Uni related out the way.

Too much going on right now.

Oh yeah I just checked, Seattle.

Have you been to the US before? I usually fly through London.

I can totally feel ya about lack of time for shit and needing a breather, it's not that bad atm and I ain't even in school yet, but once I will be, my God, I don't even want to think about it, they're not the typical 'hihi party time' schools.

Where are you aiming to land in the US? Work or school related? Life in general?

Yeah the whole process of figuring everything out can be quite daunting, it still is for me, especially now having to rethink EVERYTHING with a crazy number of new added factors, I've barely slept in a week and my brain won't shut the fuck up, rofl. Gotta make my mind up my May 1st for what happens to me in Fall for the most part, at least if I'd stay in the US, I can still do EU and drop the US 6-12 months US plan before the actual school, but there is so much uncertainty about where the hell I'll stay or what's gonna go on, just, ugh!

Well if you got any questions with any 'moving to the US' onslaught of question marks, let me know, I can probably answer quite a few by now, been only doing this since I've been 16. :p

Last time I was in the US was quite a few years ago and went through London to Florida. The Newcastle to Paris to Seattle is shorter and cheaper then Newcastle to London to Seattle though feel the transfer will be easier in London.

If I move to the US will be to work, could extend my education there but my current education is good enough (well when I finish it then it should be good enough) its just getting experience and getting hired will be pretty difficult.

Mainly will be looking at CA for working but will obviously look at else where as well.

Ah, shorter and cheaper, that's gewd, I guess it's different when you're in the UK, from Germany it's nearly always Heathrow, only flew over Paris two times I think. I think Paris is more likely from Munich, Berlin is UK only, or was at least from Tegel.

De Gaulle is pretty big though, so if you're other terminal is half way across the airport and you don't got enough down time, it's a hassle.

You gonna try to land a gig at one of the game studio's here? Well anything CA related has awesome weather, if it's more Santa Monica, it ain't really too hot either, just really nice. Education is expensive here, so I'd only get it if you'd really need it. When are you finished in the UK?

Well if you do land in CA eventually, keep in touch, I'll most likely will be pretty settled at that point unless I go to the EU for a bit this and next year. I mainly know movie people, but ya never know. Any CA related questions though, I can most likely answer.

Also, you'll need a car, there is no living in CA without a car, rofl, so if you don't got a license already, get one asap in advance, you'll want to be able to drive right off the bat, after 3 months you'll need to do the CA drivers license shenanigans, but it's fairly easy, I got my practical tomorrow actually, cheap too.
