ShipObject and CollisionManager

turned my focus now to just changing the collision for shipObjects to either be more like vehicles, or just not have one (though I don't think that'd work right at all)

I can make the custom ships to try it out BUT... somewhere in the last few EMU updates, the whole system for spawning that ship in your datapad is out of whack. Can't figure it out. So I can't try the different collision options. Any ideas/fixes?
